Or that I urgently needed to check social media or reply to an email from a week ago. I would invent hundreds of “more important” tasks just to avoid picking up the phone. <\/span><\/p>\n

Until I finally understood one fundamental thing: <\/span>my aversion to the phone is not a problem with the phone. It is a problem with my attitude.<\/b> And it is precisely this attitude that costs most people in this industry real money.<\/span><\/p>\n

“There is a saying: Higher energy wins. In a phone conversation, this is the absolute truth. Your energy and the attitude in your voice are more important than perfectly chosen words.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Remember this golden rule: <\/span>People can feel your smile through the phone.<\/b> Your tone of voice, your smile, your confidence\u2014it all builds positive emotions on the other end of the line.
