    4. Selling the Vision<\/b> \u2014 how will you pass this vision on to your people so they see the value in it for themselves?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      A key element is also the pace of work. Business loves speed. I always say that even on a bicycle, if you go too slowly, you will fall over. It’s the same in business. <\/span><\/p>\n
