Your goal is to spark curiosity and invite dialogue, not to deliver a monologue. You need to open doors, not close them with your ego. <\/span><\/p>\n

The 5-Step Self-Presentation Model<\/b><\/h3>\n

Here’s a framework to help you build an effective, professional, and natural self-presentation:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Who are you and what do you do? <\/b>\u2013 A brief, factual statement about your current role, e.g.: \u201cMy name is Anna Nowak, and I’ve been involved in sales development in the health industry for 5 years.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. What exactly do you do and what problem do you solve? <\/b>\u2013 Immediately move to the benefits for the recipient, e.g.: \u201cI help busy people take care of their immunity and energy, without complicated diets.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. How do you do it?<\/b> \u2013 Talk about your approach. Briefly explain how your work looks, e.g.: \u201cI work individually based on ready-made action plans and proven products.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. What makes you stand out?<\/b> \u2013 What is your unique value? Why should someone choose you? E.g.: \u201cI don’t just advise; I also educate, which helps people make lasting changes in their lives.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. An intriguing ending + call to action <\/b>\u2013 end in a way that makes the other person want to learn more. Introduce an element of exclusivity, e.g.: \u201cI only work with a few people each month, so if this is for you \u2013 reach out, and let’s talk.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Elements That Speak Louder Than Words<\/b><\/h3>\n

    What you say is only part of the message. The rest is conveyed by your presentation: <\/span><\/p>\n

    Smile<\/b> \u2013 The simplest, most powerful tool that builds rapport and openness.<\/span>
    \nAdapted Language<\/b> \u2013 Be like water. Speak in a way that resonates with your interlocutor, not just how you prefer. <\/span>
    \nTone of Voice and Energy <\/b>\u2013 Your voice should be friendly, but dynamic. Monotony puts people to sleep.<\/span>
    \nBody Language <\/b>\u2013 An upright posture and eye contact build confidence and trust. Avoid crossed arms.<\/span>
    \nAttire<\/b> \u2013 Dress one level better than your target audience. This builds authority.<\/span><\/p>\n
